Eat Pray Love is a drama romance film starring Julia Roberts as Elizabeth "Liz" Gilbert, a film adaptation of her travelogue book memoir as she chronicles her trips across Italy, India and Indonesia. A woman realizes she is not getting what she wants out of life, and, after a painful divorce, sets out on a journey of self discovery that takes her around the world. The book remained on the New York Times Best Seller list for 187 weeks.
Among its filming locations include New York City (United States), Naples (Italy), Pataudi (India), and Bali (Indonesia). The had the highest debut at the box office with Roberts in a lead role since America's Sweethearts in 2001. It was co-written and directed by Ryan Murphy. It opened in the U.S. on August 13, 2010.

This is the movie adaptation of the travelogue memoir written by the American author Elizabeth Gilbert published in 2006.
